Kitchen (Before)
This is how their kitchen looked like when we got there. Surely, a lot had to be done here to give it a modern look. 
Wall Condition (Before)
With cracks everywhere on the walls, we decided to rip it off & install new wall frames. 
Flooring (Before)
Here you can see the condition of the floor as well. The floor was very uneven & had cracks throughout. Remember: Rocko can help you with all your Planning & Building Regulations. 
Demolition
First things first. Let’s get rid of all the old cracked walls & floor. Gotta be extra careful here! 
Steel & Wooden Floor Frame
A steel & wooden frame is created for the flooring to sit upon. Wiring and plumbing will run underneath & hidden away. 
Interior Wall Framing
With the bottom & top plate of the wall in place, we further added wall studs, header, king stud, cripple stud, trimmer stud & fire blocks to complete the frame. Gotta keep that structure strong, you know! 
Staircase Installation
Staircases are fundamental to any home. We make sure that the stairs we install not only meet the building regulations but are also attractive, safe & an easy-to-use addition to the home. 
Roof (Before)
Keeping the damp out is our top priority when looking after the home. So, we carefully examined the current state of the roof & decided to make some repairs & necessary replacements to it. 
Roofing
Our team of roofing experts feel that roofs should be built to last, which is why we apply traditional materials & methods that have proven longevity. 
Wall Cavity Insulation
Keeping a home well-insulated is very important. Inside the walls goes Insulation that keeps you warmer in winter and cooler in summer. Energy conservation is high on Rocko Construction’s priority list because it will save you money every year. 
Electrical Work
When dealing with the electrical work, we use copper wire. A rubber, plastic, or paper-like coating, called insulation, serves as a barrier to keep the electrical charge (and heat) where it belongs—in the wire! Bare (non-insulated) conductors are used for grounding. 
Windows
This was our favorite part of the home. Admitting in natural light, permitting views to the yard & providing natural ventilation, we took the older windows out & designed a style of window that would best compliment the interior. 
Walls Plastering
Time to plaster the walls to ensure a perfect, smooth finish on your walls. Once, plaster is all nicely dried, nothing can punch up the look of the space more quickly & effectively than a new paint job. 
Roofing Plasterboard
The underside of the Roof is plaster boarded and all relevant fittings are attached. One of the key benefits of plasterboard ceiling is its ability to conceal the wirings above the ceiling giving the space an aesthetically neater look. 
Doors
Doors are highly visible so, Rocko pays thoughtful attention to the overall dimensions and the look of the door. 
Cupboards
Like doors, cupboards are also highly visible as well & can add a great deal of style to the overall interior design. The cupboards were discussed & designed according to their need to maximize the storage & keep things appropriately accessible. 
Bathroom Tiles & Paint
With the new tiles in place, it is now time to paint the walls & install the new bathroom. 
Kitchen Material
Look what just arrived!! The material for the new kitchen. So, I’m sure you know what’s coming next. 
Kitchen Decoration
Yaayyyyy! You got that right. Time to decorate the kitchen with the new material. 
Kitchen Installation
Next, our Kitchen fitters take over and the new modern Kitchen is installed in just 2 days. 
Floor Tiles
By the way, there was something missing in the kitchen decoration picture. Did you notice that? Yes, the flooring! Tiles are added to the new Kitchen Floor & also to the entire home. Note: Rocko does everything for you - from the Extension building, to the tiling, plumbing, kitchen fitting, electrics and final decoration.

Radiators play a huge part in heating the home, but they're often overlooked. But that is not the case with Rocko, we make your radiators more efficient and reduce breakdowns with our services.

SeedFAST is a type of Advance Subscription Agreement (ASA). These are individual, simple, quick agreements for future equity in the company where investors pre-pay for shares that will then be allocated to them in the next funding round.
A SeedNOTE is a type of convertible loan note. Convertible loan notes (or just convertible notes) give investors debt in your company. This will then be converted into shares at the next funding round. Being in debt gives an investor more protection if things go wrong, and SeedNOTEs usually have an interest rate which your company pays to the investor.
SeedFASTs and SeedNOTEs should be used as a bridge to a later funding round, that will usually take place within a year. These agreements are perfect for when you want to quickly take in a small investment and you don’t want to commit to a valuation and doing a full funding round.
Use a SeedFAST for a simple investment. SeedFASTs are SEIS/EIS compatible.
A SeedNOTE should be used when your investor requires more complex deal terms such as a return of capital.
The SeedFAST/ NOTE Agreement will convert to equity at the next funding round, when you raise above a preset qualifying amount, or at the long stop date, the date at which it will automatically convert if you don’t raise any more funds.

Yes. SeedFASTs are similar to convertible notes but they aren’t classified as debt and this makes them SEIS and EIS compliant. As long as you convert the SeedFAST to equity within six months of your investor sending you the funds.
Investors can claim their SEIS/EIS tax relief in the tax year in which the shares were issued. This means that the investors won’t be able to claim their relief until the SeedFAST Agreement converts to equity.
